Anyone who has been in business for a number of years understands how important it really is to be able to have good relationships with suppliers, vendors, and all sorts of people that you can rely on. This is extremely vital to your success in your business and in real estate investing. 

One of the things that I found with people getting started in real estate investing, they don’t really know where to turn. One of the big first steps that you can take is to understand the relationships that you need to be trying to establish. Because those relationships are what will propel you forward in a real estate investing career. 

Real estate almost more than any other business, it is a relationship business. Even something simple as closing on your primary home. You have at least 2 to 5 parties on one of the most simple real estate transactions that occur day in and day out. So if you have that many relationships in a simple transaction like that. Think of all the relationships you need if you are thinking about doing a larger, more sophisticated deal than just a single family home rental.
